Applicants for teaching jobs must have the necessary academic qualifications, professional experience, publications, leadership, and administrative skills for their desired cadre.
Chief Lecturer (CONPCASS 9)
Applicants must have:
- A PhD with at least 15 years of experience,
- Master’s degree and at least 18 years of experience
Candidates must also demonstrate:
- Minimum of three years as a principal lecturer.

- Membership of relevant professional bodies
Principal Lecturer (CONPCASS 8)
Requirements include:
- A PhD and at least 12 years of experience, or
- Master’s degree and at least 15 years of experience

Senior Lecturer (CONPCASS-7)
Applicants must have:
- A PhD and at least six years of experience,
