Requirements
To qualify for the NDLEA recruitment, candidates must meet the following general requirements:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth.
- Must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
- Age requirement is usually 18–30 years; however, professionals such as doctors and lawyers may be accepted up to 35 years.
- Must have a minimum of five credits in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, including English and Mathematics.
- Higher qualifications such as OND, HND, BSc, or professional certificates are required for specific roles.
- Must be medically, mentally, and physically fit, certified by a government hospital.
- All male candidates are to be 1.65m tall and 1.60m tall for all female candidates
- Applicants must not have any criminal record.
